Haiti’s children are facing a crisis few can imagine. Of the 5.4 million children under 18, 741,000 are displaced. One in two doesn’t know where their next meal will come from. One in four is out of school entirely. And with only 5.6% of schools having a nurse on site, most children have no access to basic medical care during the school day.

Community Coalition for Haiti partners with 11 schools to change this reality—providing nutritious hot meals for 850 children daily, supporting week-long summer camps that sustain learning and ensure children are fed during school breaks, and funding part-time school nurses stocked with essential medicines and supplies.
