Education Through Arts & Opportunity
Haiti
Haiti’s young people face barriers no child should have to overcome. Nearly 70% of students never make it past 5th grade, not because they lack talent or drive, but because poverty closes doors long before their potential can open them. Education in Haiti is more than a classroom — it is dignity, safety, opportunity, and the chance to imagine a future that feels possible.
Artists for Peace and Justice partners with communities to ensure that young people living in poverty can stay in school, develop their talents, and step into adulthood with confidence. Through education, arts, and job-pathway programs, APJ helps students break through the obstacles that too often end their schooling far too early.
A gift to APJ is an investment in determination, creativity, and hope.
