With no public transportation and no hope of affording a car, people walk for miles under the heat of the sun. Opportunities slip away simply because they cannot get where they need to go.

A bicycle changes that instantly. A bike gets someone to school, work, or a clinic four times faster, carrying three times the load. Bicycles for Humanity collects donated bikes across Colorado and delivers them to 12 community-run shops in Africa. With 25,000 bikes shipped since 2008, we are transforming lives—one bike at a time.
