A Veterans Place to Call Home
USA
Veteran homelessness affects every U.S. community. Every night, over 30,000 Veterans sleep on the streets of the country they served. Veterans are 50% more likely to become homeless than those who have not served.
At Veterans Community Project, we serve all Veterans regardless of their length of service or discharge status and believe dignity lives in the details. Our 240-square-foot tiny homes are thoughtfully designed for Veterans, and our H.O.M.E.S. Index case management framework creates personalized plans that help each Veteran overcome their barriers.
This approach works: 85% of Veterans who stay in our Villages successfully move on to sustainable permanent housing.
